I loved the big bed, but the room had a terrible stain on the sheet.

It was nice to have great slices of fresh bread, cakes and pastries in the morning. It was in a handy location near the terminal at the front door and a restaurant. The staff was fantastic friendly and excellent providing the information.

All in all convenient and perfect location, close to restaurants, Channel Tunnel, and the terminal.

Clean shower and WC with comfortable bed.

My experience was marred by the cramped room. The bathroom felt especially tight. There was also an issue with noise, as the soundproofing was inadequate, hard to get a restful night's sleep.

The room wasnice and neat. I particularly enjoyed the ample breakfast with a wide range of choices, a great way to start the day. The absence of staff during check-in might be a concern for some guests, especially during late arrivals.

secure parking , but overly basic amenities

The room wassuper clean and cozy with a nice large bed that ensured a good night's sleep. I appreciated the straightforward automated check-in process, made my late arrival easier. The breakfast was a nice touch with scrambled eggs and bacon. The hotel provided excellent security for my motorcycle, allowing me to park it right outside my room.

The amenities felt overly basic, lacking some additional comforts that may enhance the experience.

The breakfast was a highlight for our family, especially the fresh options that kept my small kid happy. We also enjoyed a lovely family walk to admire the beautiful stained-glass windows at Notre-Dame basilica, just a short drive away.

My children wished for more pillows.

This place was super easy to book and the staff were really friendly. The room was clean and the comfy beds gave us a good night's sleep. Breakfast was lovely, perfect for our needs before hitting the road. Plus, there's a buffalo grill right next door, awesome after our long drive. Definitely would stay here again!

The bathroom gets really hot and steamy with no ventilation. The pillows could be better.

The room was clean, nicely decorated, and offered a comfy duvet and pillows. I had a little window view, nice. Bathroom was spacious and well-kept too. It felt a bit small for my liking, but it worked fine for a single night. Pretty good for the price.

Unfortunately, one of my friends struggled with language barriers as some staff members couldn't speak English, made communication a bit challenging.

Had a quick stop here for one night and really enjoyed the breakfast spread, especially the warm options that got my day off to a great start. There's a lovely area to chill out in and a secure parking lot, which was super convenient. The room was a bit on the small side, but honestly, it was adequate for my needs. 😊

We greatly enjoyed the rooms with a big bed. the central heating, flat-screen television, and writing table were a huge plus. - Its location in Alencon was incredibly comfortable and handy, just next door to the Channel Tunnel, Southern Spain, and restaurants.

This place is perfectly located next to a great restaurant, Channel Tunnel, and the terminal at the front door, with Maison d'oze just 3 km away.
